​PourCast was founded by Anthony Cangello after he developed a desire to learn the specificities that are making craft breweries and distilleries stand-out from their national competitors. Leading to the launch of this venture, Anthony frequently listened to podcasts and watched whiskey and beer reviews from countless self-proclaimed connoisseurs across the internet. While absorbing the industry feedback and content from his fellow adult beverage lovers, he began to crave something a little more..than he could find.

In 2020, Anthony decided to bring his vision to life as a video blogger, where his channel explicitly focuses on meeting and discussing all the history and fun details that go into the process to create these holy nectars! Every sip has a story and who better to share it than the creators themselves?!

Every week Anthony will be showcasing a different brewery or distillery. These small businesses have innovative ideas and are the initiators that continue to revolutionize this industry. They experiment with new methods, flavors, and styles.

The journey will start in his current home state of Texas, with a plan to expand production nationally and internationally. After all, when you've lived in 6 states, travel frequently, and have a healthy obsession with craft beer and whiskey, what better way to spend your time than to share with the world?
